We are looking for someone who can bring effective leadership, change management and team building skills to develop, monitor and then provide ongoing evaluation of the new service in conjunction with the senior operational and clinical leadership team.
You will lead a large multi-disciplinary team, with the opportunity to shape and develop the team to deliver consistently high quality care and treatment. You will also support the transition from our existing service to the new development. The new unit will be state of the art and has been carefully designed and developed with clinicians and people with lived experience.

- Professional clinical knowledge acquired through MSc degree, or equivalent experience
- Specialist training, Management qualification to diploma level or equivalent experience
- Current professional registration with appropriate professional body BILD accredited physical intervention training or agreement to complete training on successful offer of employment

- Experience of NHS or Social Care management or equivalent
- Experience in the development, management, co-ordination of staff and services
