We are looking to appoint an experienced paediatric nurse to work as a paediatric practice facilitator in our paediatric emergency department, supporting our expanding nursing workforce. A proactive and self motivated Paediatric Nurse who has a passion for education and delivering and supporting the delivery of high quality evidenced based care within the paediatric ED nursing team and the rotating adult ED team.
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the Senior ED Practice Development Nurse to support, educate and empower the nursing team to develop their skills and knowledge.
