Rotational Physiotherapist
The rotational post holder will participate in the band 6 rotational scheme working across community health services. This will require working in community and in-patient settings, with a large proportion of the work being undertaken in the patient's own home & /or the community. Depending on the rotation, this will also include working as a part of the multi-disciplinary team to assess, and coordinate care post hospital discharged and provide follow up care.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide high quality specialist physiotherapy assessments and treatments for patients with a wide range of complex physical, sensory, perceptual and cognitive problems, provision of individual and group education and treatment, provision of assistive devices and equipment as well as liaising with others services and agencies.

- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio including attendance at recent post graduate courses/training relevant to clinical specialty.
Experience

- clinical experience in a broad range of specialties relevant to the post on an inpatient and / or community basis
- Knowledge of a broad range of clinical conditions
- Equipment provision and assessment
- Working within a multidisciplinary and/or physiotherapy team
- Contributing to professional development and clinical education of more junior staff, students and assistants

- Understanding of Clinical Governance and its implications for physiotherapy and client care
