Main duties of the job

  • To provide high quality, effective, individualised care to all haemodialysis patients
  • To assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate them without supervision

  • Graduate BSC/MSC


Experience

  • A minimum 6 months experience in medical ward or acute care setting
  • *( 3 months experience in a haemodialysis unit for the Acute Haemodialysis Unit)


Desirable

  • Experience in haemodialysis


Skills/knowledge/ abilities

Essential

  • Willingness to develop teaching skills
  • Ability to solve problems and use initiative
  • Basic IT skills
  • Knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct
  • Knowledge of the NMC Code of Conduct
