Main duties of the job
? The post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all key members of the multidisciplinary team and service users related to the speciality.? To be responsible for all aspects of patient care including the assessment, planning, deliveryand evaluation of direct patient care.? To take the lead on delegated responsibilities as defined by the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse.? To support the Charge Nurse/Senior Sister to monitor the safety and quality of care for patients.
