Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HHFT) has an exciting vacancy within our Apprenticeship Team to provide training and assessment for healthcare support worker apprenticeship programmes, plus hold primary responsibility for a caseload of clinical and non-clinical apprentices who require a higher level of one-to-one learning support due to a learning disability or difficulty (LDD).

- Maths and English qualifications - Functional Skills Level 2 /GCSE grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent
- Vocational competence in a wide range of clinical skills
- Previous assessing/teaching/training experience
- Assessor qualification
- Specialist knowledge and experience working with people who have LDD
- Ability to communicate complex information and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A passion for widening participation into healthcare roles. Encouraging, supporting, and championing NHS careers for all
- Knowledge of curriculum design and development

- Carrying out Progress Reviews with apprentices and their managers
- Efficient record keeping using electronic e-portfolio systems
- Marking assignments and observations in practice
- Preparing the learners for successful End Point Assessments.
