The Home Treatment Team is one of a broad range of Adult Mental Health Services provided by Betsi Cadwaladar University Health Board.

The post provide the opportunity for a forward thinking and experienced individual to develop and implement a safe, sound and supportive service that embraces the provision of holistic care. With a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary working and the principals laid out in the Recovery Model, you will need to be an innovative thinker able to form effective relationships.

Main duties of the job

You must be a registered nurse, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of multi-professional team. You will also need to have a working knowledge of psychosocial interventions, risk assessment and management, and the ability to explore issues relating to the impact of health and social needs on mental health and well-being.

Well established professional roles exist within Betsi Cadwaladar University Health Board, as do supervision and peer support networks. A strong emphasis upon personal and professional development is supported by access to education and training, and through protected time for personal development.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
