o Registered Nurse - Pre-operative Assessment, Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen.

We are looking for Nurses that are passionate & motivated about delivering the best care possible, who have excellent communication skills and are willing to work as part of a committed and skilled multi-disciplinary team. The ability to travel between sites may be required.

Main duties of the job

Pre-assessment - The Pre-assessment services on the 4 acute sites are essential to ensure patients are seen and reviewed prior to receiving surgical care, and the peri-operative experience is safe and high quality. The nursing staff deploy a combination of telephone and face-to-face pre-operative assessments for both day case and inpatient surgery.
