An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Scrub Sister/Charge Nurse in our purpose built Interventional Radiology Day Unit.

Job responsibilities
What youll doa) As a deputy to be responsible for coordinating the daily management of nursing activities within Radiology departments including pre-assessment of patients undergoing radiological rapid recovery/day case/inpatient interventions.b) To act as a role model, demonstrate clinical expertise and ensure high standards of care are maintained and nursing resources are allocated and utilised effectively.c) To encourage effective working relationships and the development of a cohesive team within the clinical speciality.d) To take active participation in the management of theatre sessions, care of patients pre, peri, post complex procedures and co-ordination/care of acute patients visiting other areas of the Department for imaging procedures.
