Band 6 Physiotherapist - Acute Stroke
Due to the relocation of the current post holder, we have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 physiotherapist to join the Stroke Unit team at Kingston Hospital. The Stroke Unit is a 20 bedded ward with the majority of patients being admitted from the HASU at St George's or Charring Cross. The Stroke Unit benefits from a very strong MDT and the physiotherapists work closely with the occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, doctors and nursing teams. We have also developed excellent working relationships with our community providers and further rehab units such as QMH at Roehampton. The physiotherapy team consists of a Band 7 physiotherapist, 1 static Band 6 physiotherapist, and a rotational Band 5.Main duties of the jobBand 6 Physiotherapist - Acute Stroke
