We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become our new Senior Test Manager.

This position will be responsible for leading on testing activities for the IT department, including testing applications like the Cerner Millennium EPR, upgrades to other core software/clinical systems, testing new system interfaces as well as patching and enhancements to end user devices.

This position also provides line management for a Test Analyst.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone with strong IT skills and knowledge who understands NHS systems.

Previous test experience will be essential due to the management nature of the position, providing guidance and leadership for a Test Analyst.

Strong planning and organisation skills to co-ordinate competing testing tasks across a number of sites/systems.

Creation of a test strategy to fit with the numerous IT systems currently in use.

Regularly working with external partners cross Royal Free London and the Herts & West Essex ICB.
