We are looking for an applicant with experience of staff management, service improvement, performance management along with a commitment to evidenced - based practice and delivery of high quality person centred care.
The post holder will be responsible for the operational leadership and management of inpatient wards' & teams ensuring effective and safe service provision is achieved through good governance processes. They will be expected to monitor performance, liaise and communicate with relevant partners and stakeholders to support business development opportunities for the Low Secure & Community Forensic Care Unit.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will actively promote accountable care and ensure sound practices are in place to appropriately manage risk, participate in the setting of professional standards taking an active lead in the change for the Care Unit or Group.
Support the development of performance management systems to ensure that the service performance can be monitored against key health and social care performance indicators.
Support, Supervise, Lead, Motivate and develop Team Managers.
