UHBW is working on an ambitious programme to deliver state-of-the-art clinical Digital solutions across the Trust to digitize patient records. We aim to provide fast, and controlled access to data for clinical use in patient care.
The Programme Management Office (PMO) is currently refreshing its offer for Digital Services, and you will have the opportunity to support the development of new processes to control the Programme.
We need a Programme Management Office Officer to join us to help deliver our ambitions.The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the Digital Services Portfolio of work as informed by the Trust's Strategy as well as ensure the portfolio maintains the appropriate level of governance & assurance at all times.
The post holder will be responsible for coordinating all reporting requirements as needed to facilitate the delivery of the Digital Transformation agenda across a wide range of stakeholders.
In addition, the post holder will provide assurance on the ongoing health of all allocated projects, ensuring the appropriate governance is maintained through the project lifecycle.
Main duties of the job
You will lead on specific functions of the PMO whilst developing a general knowledge of all aspects of the Team. This includes supporting the projects within the delivery plan, preparing programme and department wide reports, and taking part in project assurance activity. You will be able to manage competing priorities and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have a PMO or project management qualification with proven experience of working in a project or business administration environment. You will be able to support the team to apply the Trust's policies and procedures on areas such as risk and finance management. You will be an experienced user of MS Office Software with experience of creating a range of business or project reports.
