An new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to lead our Surgical Colorectal ward.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit an experienced nurse with experience of leading a team within a surgical setting and working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality comprehensive care to patients who require a surgical admission for their procedure.
Significant demonstrable experience at
Band 6 level (or equivalent) in a relevant clinical area.
Significant demonstrable post registration experience
Within a surgical setting.
Previous demonstrable experience in a
leadership capacity
Proven NMC Registration - Adult Nursing.
Proven recognised mentoring qualification.
Proven leadership course or the willingness
to undertake.
