An opportunity has arisen for a permanent position within the Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist Team.
The Tissue Viability Team is a small team of expert Nurses working closely with wider multi-disciplinary teams to promote a collaborative culture for individualised wound care for all patients.
The post holder will work as an integral member of the Tissue Viability Team. They will provide an expert professional and clinical contribution to the nursing care and management of patients with complex wounds. The post holder will facilitate relevant practice development in line with National standards, guidance and best practice through clinical practice, leadership, education, research, and audit which reflect the corporate clinical governance objectives.Main duties of the job

- Registered first level Nurse
- Educated to Postgraduate Diploma level or have equivalent experience
- NMC Registration
- Substantial Post registration experience
- Experience of working within a multi-professional environment
