Main duties of the job

The Colorectal Services within the Royal Free NHS Trust are expanding and embracing innovative pathways of care and are offering exciting opportunities for clinical nurse specialists. You should have the ability to manage a group of patients alongside working with the MDT. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal skills and show clinical leadership experience. They must be able to demonstrate a compassionate approach to the care of patients and the public, whilst also possessing the ability to ensure robust clinical operational demands are met.   • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Recognised teaching or mentorship qualification

  • Independent nurse prescribing course or willingness to undertake
  • Masters degree or working towards


Experience

  • Substantial post-registration experience in area of speciality
  • Previous experience of research and audit
