Role Summary
Support the day to day usage of the e-rostering system by providing technical expertise to resolve frontline user issues swiftly.
To actively manage, troubleshoot and resolve HealthRoster related issues in a timely manner to minimise system unavailability.
To monitor and maintain all the rosters and assist in the development and delivery of effective HealthRoster training programmes.
To deputise for e-Rostering Manager
Main duties of the job
Main Responsibilities
To resolve technical and rostering process / management queries regarding HealthRoster and escalate complex issues to the Rostering Manager where necessary.
Act as a point of contact for roster-related queries from staff members, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
Advise managers and matrons on all aspects of HealthRoster setup and use.
Analyse and interpret roster data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimisation.
Collaborate closely with the Matrons and Operations Managers to understand staffing requirements and service demands.
Liaise with the Workforce team members to ensure compliance with working time regulations, contractual obligations, and roster-related policies.
Monitor and adjust rosters in response to changing demands, such as variations in clinic locations, staff availability, and service needs.
Support the implementation of rostering best practices, seeking continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and staff satisfaction.
To escalate issues to the Rostering Manager in a timely manner.
In the event of the Training Manager's absence, assume the role of deputy by addressing training-related inquiries, updating training records, managing the shared inbox, and fulfilling any other relevant tasks as directed by the Training Manager.
Operate as an active member of the Workforce Team.
