You will be experienced in hard services estates management with a engineering background who will be able to project manage, monitor works and compliance and lead and manage a team.
You will be responsible for the implementation of professional management throughout facilities & estate engineering and building operations including planned maintenance, defect maintenance. Support the Estates & Facilities General Manager in the implementation of policy and service development. Deputies for the Estate & Facilities General Manager in his/her absence.About us

Knowledge & SkillsEssential
- Masters Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Construction
- Extensive Knowledge of highly complex Hospital Technical Memorandums (HTM's)
- Substantial post qualifications experience in Electrical or Mechanical services
- Proven extensive estates operational experience within an acute hospital environment
- Training in electrical or mechanical services and/or building fabric as appropriate
