Ward 26 is currently a busy 28 bedded mixed sex vascular surgical unit, supporting patients with complex vascular conditions. It has a multidisciplinary focus and works alongside the teams in Leg Ulcer Clinic and outpatients.

Through the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT) the below five Trusts have agreed an ambitious programme to create a shared single vascular service to provide safe, effective, patient focused, outstanding care across West Yorkshire in the form of the West Yorkshire Vascular Service (WYVaS). This dynamic and ambitious move will make us one of the largest vascular services in the country covering 2.4m people.
