We are looking for applicants who are interested in taking up a Band 8a group psychotherapy post in our friendly and welcoming psychotherapy service in the North West Surrey Psychotherapy Service (Based in Chertsey).
You will have experience in working with people with severe and enduring mental health presentations and in offering assessment as well as individual and group psychotherapy and experience in delivering MBT interventions is highly desirable. You will be involved in providing supervision and support to colleagues.
We offer excellent opportunities for you to develop your skills clinically. There are opportunities to offer Reflective Practice and to actively participate in audit and research.

- UKCP accreditation as a group psychotherapy practitioner
Desirable
- MBT practitioner training through the Anna Freud Centre
- UKCP or BCP accreditation in psychoanalytic psychotherapy

- At least 2 years' experience of working in a secondary care mental health setting as a Band 7 or above adult group psychotherapist.

- Evidence of conducting psychotherapy assessments and treating patients in group and individual psychotherapy
