This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse band 6 to come and join our multi-disciplinary team.
The post holder will be a senior member of the team working with service users in Cheltenham and the North Cotswolds' who have a severe mental health condition.Main duties of the job
The purpose of this role is to:
- Provide assessment and implementation of evidence-based interventions for service users who are experiencing common, acute mental health and longer-term recovery needs
- Optimise the service users' ability to remain in the community and / or be cared for in the least restrictive environment in line with the principles of recovery and social inclusion and the 10 essential capabilities
