An exciting and excellent development opportunity has arisen within medicine position as a deputy clinical governance lead. It provides a great development to work and gain skills in the patient and staff safety around governance. You'll work within the medicine team supporting the Clinical Governance Lead to create an environment that is safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well led, in which high quality care is delivered.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to show a capacity and willingness to learn, adapt quickly to managing competing demands, be confident when handling challenging or emotive situations, be comfortable with meeting deadlines, be pro-active and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
You should be computer literate and ideally have experience in the use of Microsoft Word packages.
You will also need to have an understanding of confidentiality as you will be dealing with sensitive information.
Targeted training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
In addition, there may be further opportunities for learning via courses facilitated by the Trust.
Informal enquiries / visits to discuss the role are encouraged and most welcome.
