About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a post as Support Manager for Specialty Medicine. Applications are invited from dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who are looking to showcase their potential.
Main duties of the job
You will assist in the delivery of Service Targets, streamlining administrative processes, line manage the Specialty Co-ordinators and ensure the day to day operational running of the departments is smooth. You will work closely with Consultants and their medical teams, Nurses and administrative staff. You will provide managerial support to Management and the Clinical Directors.

- Managerial qualification or similar experience.
- GCSE (or equivalent) English, Mathematics grades A-C

- Proven experience and success of change management
- Experience of working in a supervisory capacity
- Significant administrative experience

- Understands the acute trust environment and the obstacles in achieving Trust priorities
