An exciting, job share, opportunity has arisen to join Sunshine House short break unit. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with sound peadiatric clinical knowledge and experience, together with excellent leadership skills. The post holder will have an opportunity to learn and develop new skills within an innovative and creative environment.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will:

o Take responsibility to lead a team and work effectively with the wider CCN Team. o Provide day to day clinical management support to an established team of registered nurses and health care workerso Provide clinical and safeguarding supervision to members of the team.o Managing staffing resources to meet service deliveryo Developing and managing performance of the team.

• Professional postgraduate qualification in nursing
