The Virtual Wards (AOT, CARe, HHCT) are looking to recruit an PA and Administrator Manager to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is proactive and committed to work as part of a team and on their own.
The post holder will work across organisational boundaries to ensure appropriate services are in place and to deliver national and local strategic and operational service objectives and standards, with a particular focus on Quality, Improvement and Performance.
The Personal Assistant will work in partnership with all staff within the Virtual Ward and will also be responsible for project managing the work of the Virtual Ward to ensure improved efficiency in task and diary planning, as well as the smooth running of governance processes and assurances. The post holder will work for and therefore report to the Deputy Operational Service Manager on a day-to-day basis. The post holder will line manage the band 3 Administrators.
Appropriate working relationships will be established with colleagues in the Directorate. The Personal Assistant will work with colleagues within the corporate directorates (e.g. Nursing, Human Resources, Finance, Clinical and Corporate Governance, Facilities) to ensure delivery of the service needs and compliance requirements.
Main duties of the job
To provide and receive complex or sensitive information, where agreement or co-operation is required.
Communicates business sensitive information/agreement or co-operation from NHS staff at all levels of the organisation required.
Support meetings by the co-ordination and distribution of agendas, collation of reports. Submission of copies of papers to the Chair/meeting members, minute taking, distribution of minutes and venue organisation and confirmation.
