We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Theatre Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Theatre Practitioner in our Constable Theatres team in Gynaecology / Breast and Obstetric Surgery at Colchester Hospital. This post will require input across the three specialities, although a preference for leading a single speciality will be considered, depending on experience.
You will need to effectively manage and develop a nursing team to provide professional and clinical leadership in the delivery of high quality, safe, cost effective care of patients across Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Breast surgery.
You will have proven experience in teaching, mentorship and educating within these specialities. You will have ideally been involved in the development of clinical competencies and training, and be confident with multi-disciplinary engagement.
This post is full time, however part time may be considered, to be discussed at interview.
