We have an exciting opportunity to recruit new band 7 permanent Mental Health Care Practitioners, Non medical nurse prescriber to work across our Enfield Primary Care Network . The role is funded through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). Successful candidates must be experienced mental health practitioners and have experience of working in a Primary Care and/or Community Mental Health Team setting.
This is an exciting role for nurse prescriber who are proactive and passionate about innovation and providing high-quality care to people who have been identified as in need of mental health support in a primary care setting. This is also a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and skill set in a highly innovative and creative environment.
The practitioners will access and link with secondary mental health services and help provide a bridge between primary care and secondary mental health providers. This will make it easier for people accessing services to obtain the help they need.
The practitioner will be embedded as part of the Enfield Primary Care Network working across the practices which are part of the network. They will work alongside the multi-disciplinary team and be closely linked to the Community Mental Health Team. The Practitioner will provide triage, assessment, interventions and lead on development and implementation of specialist mental health training in the practice.

This new role will work collaboratively between Primary Care and Secondary Mental Health Services as part of an Integrated Model of Care.
The intention is to focus services around local communities and local GP practices to help rebuild and reconnect healthcare teams across the communities they serve. This practitioner role will provide targeted care according to the needs of the population by supporting the PCN clinical strategy.
This role will work across an identified Primary Care Network to provide early assessment, treatment and improved access to appropriate care pathways and provide evidence-based interventions for people with mental illness.
The practitioner will facilitate onward access to other secondary care-based services, third sector services and link in with existing support services via the Primary Care Network.
Looking for experienced, dynamic and self-driven Clinical Pharmacists to join our ever-growing organisation.
The post holder will be an experienced Non medical prescriber who acts within their professional boundaries. They will work as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for areas of chronic disease management and undertaking clinical medication reviews.
Successful candidate must be a great team player, but capable of independent and autonomous work as well as being part of the multi-disciplinary team.

- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Evidence of further post-registration education and training.
Desirable
- Relevant qualification in Psychosocial Interventions for people with and mental health needs
- Non-Medical Prescriber V300 NMC registered.
Professional Experience

- Significant clinical experience in the community and / or hospital based services
- Experience of developing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships with external partners to include Primary Care, Social Care and the Third sector.

- Understanding of statutory policy relating to mental health care delivery incl. Care Programme Approach, National Service Framework for Mental Health, Care Act and the Mental Health Act
