Applications are invited from qualified ODP practitioners who wish to provide dynamic support to the anaesthetists, surgeons and theatre teams.
The operating department at The Friarage Hospital, Northallerton comprises of 6 main in-patient/day case theatres and a minor-ops theatre and 2 recovery areas.
The theatres provide an operating service to the following clinical specialities:
General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedics, Maxillo-facial ,ENT and Ophthalmic.
You will need to be an active member of the multidisciplinary team by demonstrating a range of essential skills to meet the needs of the patient in a safe caring environment that promotes evidence based practice
The Friarage Hospital in Northallerton has an opportunity for enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated Scrub ODP/Nurses to join our multi speciality elective theatre suites. There are currently 5 inpatient theatres and 1 day surgery theatre on the Friarage Hospital site.Main duties of the job
