An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior drug recovery worker to join our team at Brook Place. You will work as a qualified nurse offering substance misuse assessment, intervention and signposting to service users. You will work closely with other professionals, agencies, and service users to produce robust recovery plans and refer service users to all appropriate services. Whilst linking in with other professionals and agencies involved with service users, you will provide psychosocial interventions and recovery support.You must have at least 3 years suitable experience in the substance misuse field or be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with individuals experiencing difficulty from substance misuse. You need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate service users to enable recovery via appropriate pathways.
