The post holder will take a lead clinical role in providing high quality evidence based expert practice for cancer patients within the Acute Oncology, MUO/CUP Services.
The aim of the service is to provide better recognition and prompt, appropriate management of acute problems related to either a suspected or confirmed cancer diagnosis or the cancer treatment itself. Team members work with complex patients who present acutely to the service.
The successful candidate will hold a MSC in Advanced Clinical Practice, enabling them to work autonomously and support others in the planning and delivery of care for this patient group.Main duties of the job
