The housekeeping team are looking for a deputy housekeeping manager to join our busy team. We have a team of 150 cleaning assistants and a team of supervisors to support daily operations.
This role is predominately Monday to Friday with some possible weekend working. Hours can be flexible within this.
Main duties of the job
Some of your duties will be:
To act as specialist and support the Housekeeping Manager lead the Housekeeping Team managing:
National Cleaning Standards and audits within the Trust
PLACE audits and action plans
Line management responsibilities
Managing shifts, rotas, workloads and outputs
Lead on recruitment and training
Day to day management
Participate in PLACE assessments
Co-ordinate reports
Specific responsibility for window cleaning and HPV decontamination
