You will play a crucial role in the patient flow from the Emergency Department to the acute floor, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for our patients. By managing and facilitating patient pathways, updating clinical information systems, and expediting discharges, you will be instrumental in optimizing patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job

As a Band 5 Nurse, your responsibilities will be vital in ensuring seamless care delivery.

You will have the opportunity to identify, discuss, and report relevant nursing and patient needs to the ward staff and multidisciplinary team.
