Main duties of the job
Are you interested in becoming a band 5 Anaesthetic practitioner and deliver first class quality and safe patient care?
The successful candidate will join our highly specialised cardio thoracic theatre team. The department performs a wide range of cutting edge Cardiac and Thoracic procedures.
Normal working hours are Monday to Saturday 07.30hrs to 21.0hrs with a commitment for on call emergency provision out of hours. As per business case will get implemented, there will be nights and weekend shifts too
The role will include knowledge and expertise in the operating theatre :- including documentation moving, handling and positioning patients, and ensuring infection control measures are adhered to.
We require anaesthetic staff dual role staff ideal , with a passion for cardio thoracic speciality.
You will gain a wide range of experience and can expand your skills and knowledge in this challenging and rewarding environment.we can offer you a structured preceptorship and induction programme for all new members of staff, plus access to on-going continuing professional education and development ,appraisal and clinical supervision.
