We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a brand new Promotions Team within the Gloucestershire NHS Talking Therapies Service. The post is 25 hours per week. Working patterns to be mutually agreed.
The post holder will be a lead contact for marketing activities, campaigns and systems, analysing the engagement and data analytics throughout.
The post holder will also act as a lead on community engagement events to support patients in accessing our services.
It is important that the post holder have a good knowledge of the local area and is able to travel easily in order to host engagement events.
Main duties of the job
Working as part of the marketing and promotions team NHS Talking Therapies, the Marketing Manager NHS Talking Therapies will ensure the Trust has effective internal and external communications and marketing processes in place, which actively support NHS Talking Therapies access objectives, its internal management and relationships with all stakeholders.
NHS Talking Therapies has monthly Access Target that needs to be met good marketing and community engagement is essential. The post holder will supervise a small team and be part of the portfolio senior leadership team. The post holder will be in charge of the marketing budget and will allocate resources accordingly.
Duties will include project managing, producing and publishing high quality communication/marketing materials for internal and external purposes. They will provide hands on support to deliver appropriate communications to all relevant audiences and use a content driven approach across multiple and integrated channels.
