Bishops Castle Community Hospital Inpatient Ward has been temporarily closed since October 2021. We are excited to commence our recruitment campaign to allow us to re-open our Inpatient Ward.
We are looking for experienced Nurses with evidence ofprofessional development, excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will be working within a busy ward environment with the opportunity to further develop your skills and enhance your knowledge. The successful candidate will have a passion for the delivery of high quality care for our cohort of patients, with interests in care of the elderly, end of life care and rehabilitation.

You will be a Registered Nurse on the NMC register with experience of working in a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency health/social care environment.
Main duties of the job
To contribute to the establishment of an ethos of modern, customer orientated services and translate that into a culture of effective patient/user centred delivery meeting the individualneeds of patients and their carer's.To ensure that care provided is effective through careful assessment of patients' condition and circumstances, appropriate planning and delivery of care and regular evaluation of achievement of care objectives, escalating patient care concerns, and working under the leadership of registered nurses at all times.To act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
