Main duties of the job
Permanent- Full Time Post
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sister/Junior Charge Nurse to come work on 8 East in the RFH.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Nurse with a passion for Respiratory care. 8 East ward is a 28-bedded ward with a Respiratory care unit in the centre. We provide up to level 2 care for these patients and our team is highly skilled in Tracheostomy care and NIV.As the band 6 Junior Sister/ Junior Charge Nurse, you will be working alongside the Ward Manager. You will have a combination of clinical and management duties and thus an opportunity to develop people management and leadership skills.
Desirable qualification: NIV competent and completed the appropriate assessment.
