You will be reporting to the SAFE centre Manager, the SAFE Centre Co-Ordinator will be responsible for assisting the Centre manager in the day to day running of the SAFE Centre
You will be assisted the Quality Manager in the preparations for UCAS accreditation, working towards the Forensic Regulator Guidelines
You will be assisting in the recruitment and training of crisis workers.
Main duties of the job
Assist with the preparation of UKAS accreditation and yearly maintenance of the standards to ensure accreditation is maintained.
Assist in setting, monitoring and maintaining standards in the SAFE Centre
To maintain a quality management system and roll out core training for all staff on how to use it
To participate in the recruitment and specialist training of crisis workers
Responsible for providing specialist training and induction programmes for all junior staff
Offer telephone support to callers requiring assistance surrounding sexual assault and rape

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Project management experience
Knowledge & Experience

- Previous experience of working with complainants of sexual assault
- Awareness of the Forensic Regulator guidelines and how they fit into SARCs
- Previous experience of working in an NHS organisation
- Advanced experience with using Excel formulas, functions and pivot tables
- Advanced experience with Word mail merge functionality
- Intermediate experience with MS Access
