The ward accommodates 24 patients with a mixture of bays and en suite rooms.
We have a well-established surgical team with whom we work daily, along with ward-based multidisciplinary staff, to provide patient-centered care.
We would offer regular appraisals, providing opportunities for development and professional growth. We also encourage regular trust training and development study days to promote and enhance skills and knowledge.
Our nursing team is very friendly and well-established. They are dedicated to sharing their skills and knowledge with new and junior staff. Additionally, we host an excellent clinical area with many possibilities for staff to progress professionally.
