We are looking to appoint a Business Admin Apprentice to work with the Digital Learning Team, at the Education Centre within the Corporate Services Division.
The successful candidate must be customer focused, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Monday - Friday, between 8 am - 5 pm (hours to be agreed).
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring data is recorded accurately into our Learning Management System.
To be successful in this role, you will possess computer literacy and a good education. For example excellent interpersonal and IT skills and include GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C (or equivalent). You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
Main duties of the job
The main emphasis of this role is to provide a robust and varied admin service for the Digital Learning Team.
Duties will include providing administrative support to the team, responding to e-mail and telephone enquiries, and updating training data.
