We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Delivery Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The Senior Digital Delivery Manager (SDDM) is responsible for the delivery of digital services and solutions that realise ENHT's strategic direction and enhDigital roadmap. They write business cases, plan, manage risk, negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts to implement a project.

Main duties of the job
The SDDM writes business cases, plans, manages risk, negotiates, influences, and resolves conflicts to implement a project. They will also be responsible for developing the Delivery practice, including roadmap prioritisation, development of tools and methods and representing the function inside and outside the Trust.
You will be one of a small team of digital delivery managers and you will be recognised by the clinical service teams we support. The role is senior but also hands on, including business change work.
While this role requires appreciation of technology, change delivery skills, stakeholder management and insight into what digital solutions offer are the essential competences. Technical experience is desirable, not required.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Able to coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean processes
- Practitioner level understanding of PRINCE2 methodology and control documentation or equivalent
