Are you passionate about helping young people who experience chronic fatigue and associated difficulties? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a specialised and dynamic area of Paediatric Health? If you answer yes to these questions, then this may be the position for you! We are looking to recruit a Specialist Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our existing Tertiary Paediatric Fatigue Service where we also support young people with a diagnosis of long covid. This service is provided from the Harrington Building on the Central site on Oxford Road, Manchester.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an OT who can work autonomously at Band 7 within a multi-disciplinary team. You must have a demonstrable range of skills and knowledge base to deliver clinical aspects of the role and be competent to do this within professional practice guidelines and a structured supervision framework.
