We are looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Dietitian to work at band 6 level. The post holder will be based at our main hub at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford, the role may require work across two sites.
The post holder will be joining a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team across our outpatient and day care facilities for adults (18 years+) with moderate to severe eating disorders.
The successful applicant will become an integral member of the AEDS MDT, providing treatment for adults with moderate to severe eating disorders.
