We are recruiting Registered Nurses to work on our Bank at Goole and District Hospital. You will be supporting the teams on the Medical, Surgical, Neuro rehab and Outpatient departments.
Our Registered Nurses work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide innovative and patient-centred care for all our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care to achieve the best patient outcomes.
If you are new to the Trust you will undertake a week-long induction and you will receive ongoing support from the practice development team, the bank office and the area you are working in.Main duties of the job
- Registered Nurse working as part of a ward/department team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
- Responsible for allocating and checking work of junior staff and health care assistance
- Regularly takes charge of the ward/department.

- Registered Nurse - in appropriate branch
- Diploma in Nursing
- Qualified mentor (ENB 998 or mentorship award or equivalent) or working towards
- Evidence of Post Registration development in the relevant specialty
- Qualified NVQ Assessor (A1 or equivalent) or working towards
- Management qualification
