Warrington Ward is a fast-paced acute surgical ward caring for multiple specialties: ENT, Gynaecology, Head and Neck Cancer, Facial Maxilla surgery and General Surgery.
Currently we have 17 beds which are used to full capacity. This ward will give HCAs a great opportunity to learn multiple new clinical skills within an environment of a supportive and dynamic team.Main duties of the job
- Manage team of 9 acute patients.
- Adminster medications.
- Escalate patient care.
- Be responsible for ones own learning and development.
- Superivse and manage learners.
- Work as aprt of an Multi disciplinary team.
- Partake in ward rounds.
