Hywel Dda University Health Board's School Nursing Team are looking for an experienced Band 5 Registered Staff Nurse to join their Carmarthenshire team. The vacant post is permanent, 30 hours per week, term time only.

Main duties of the job

School Nurses are central to a range of services that promote the public health agenda and support the physical, emotional and social health of children and young people aged between 5 to 18 years. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate their ability to work as an autonomous practitioner and also within a team environment in line with the NMC code of professional conduct.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
