Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care. As a centre of excellence, you will offer a person-centred approach to their independence and wellbeing and go the extra mile to ensure compassionate and personalised patient care. In return you will join a supportive team environment and be provided with robust personal development opportunities and an enhanced rate for your services in line with the Agenda for Change framework.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals willing to get stuck in and hit the ground running. You'll be someone who works well under pressure, is a great team player as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently when needed. On Thursday 2nd November 2023, were inviting band 5 qualified nurses, ODP's as well as 2nd & 3rd year nursing & ODP students to explore our stands and speak to different services, wards and departments about what we do, and what we can offer your career.

In Rochdale, were leading the way in community-based, integrated care and helping keep people of all ages well in their own homes.Collaborative working has been key to our success, and one of the reasons we are the best performing area across Greater Manchester for ensuring hundreds of patients are discharged from hospital on time.

On the day we will have representatives from many specialties, as well as stands for NHSP and our fantastic Preceptorship Team.

This is a great opportunity to speak to the areas you are interested in joining and find out about our rotations, and what we can offer your career development.

A sense of ownership for your patients, a can do attitude and determination to deliver the best patient care is essential in departments that can have a massive impact on the patient experience. Our teams here are passionate about making the experience as patient focused as possible.
