An exciting opportunity has arisen as the Service Manager for Cardiology, Respiratory, Stroke and Neurology at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with extensive knowledge and experience of service delivery within a challenging, acute hospital environment.

You will possess demonstrable organisational skills with an ability to manage, prioritise and delegate in order to meet tight timelines of delivery. An excellent communicator, you will have the ability to effectively liaise with, and influence, clinical and non-clinical staff groups in order to optimise service deliver and patient experience.

Possessing excellent IT skills, you will have extensive knowledge and experience of patient administration and related systems, proactively monitoring and reacting to fluctuations in service demand and capacity, while maintaining focus on the core divisional objectives.
We are looking for a candidate who can add to the broad mix of skills and expertise to further develop our services and deliver high quality and innovative care to our local population.
