We are seeking to employ a highly motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our team of 10 acute adult dietitians at Denmark Hill. This is a permanent post consisting of 6 monthly rotations with two other Band 5 dietitians. As this is a busy and varied caseload, we are looking for a confident dietitian who is organised, self-motivated and ready to take on any challenge with the support of the team. Applicants should be qualified dietitians that have HCPC registration. We currently have one Band 5 vacancy.
Main duties of the job
This post will offer dietetic expertise to patients, carers and other health care professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rotate to different clinical areas within the acute caseload at King's College Hospital, providing high quality evidenced based practice.
Within the acute team we have specialist dietitians in Gastroenterology, Neurosciences, Haematology, Oncology, Liver and HPB. There will be opportunities to develop your practice by shadowing specialities within your rotation, clinical supervision and a preceptorship.
