This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving therapy teams at Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust. Currently the band 6 rotation covers Health Care of the Older Person, Amputees, Orthopaedics, Medical wards, ED/SSU and Mansfield Community Hospital/rehab. Wherever placed you will work as part of the therapy team helping to prevent patients from being admitted to hospital and maximising their chances of staying at home through timely therapy intervention and treatments.
As part of the wider therapy team you will be responsible for providing a high standard specialist occupational therapy service with a focus on preventing hospital admission, prompt therapy treatment and facilitating timely hospital discharge.

- Registration with HCPC
