Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for transformation and implementation of Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (FHFT) quality improvement strategy, ensuring performance and strategic targets are met contributing significantly to the delivery of the continuous improvement programme.

Driving the Trust strategy, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic ambitions by collaborating with clinical and operational leaders at all levels to drive sustainable continuous quality improvement processes throughout the organisation.

Operating at Executive and Board level, you will provide subject matter expertise that will also engage all FHFT colleagues.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with senior colleagues and stakeholders across the system and networks, you will be responsible for leading our major transformation and continuous quality improvement programmes, fostering an environment of innovation and best practice.

Delivering culture change in line with our 'One Frimley Health' ambitions, which embeds change management and continuous quality improvement as a recognised strength and capability within the Trust.

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Masters Degree or equivalent job related experience/graduate calibre.
  • In-depth knowledge in a number of disciplines eg financial management, performance management, information systems, staff management acquired through training and experience over an extended period
  • In depth knowledge of service and quality improvement methodologies and broad experience of successful implementation of improvement projects in a healthcare organisation.


Desirable

  • Degree level project and project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Evidence of on-going accredited quality improvement training.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
